After Irandam UlagaM failure selvaragavan strated a project with simbhu and titled as 'Khan' but finally that film was dropped.. after 2 and half years gap selvaragavan started his new project with SJ surya & regina ,titled as 'nenjam marappathillai'. its a horror film. selavaragavan again renewed with yuvan & cinematographer aravinda krishnan.
